The Playground makes it easy to create a complete AI experience for a potential customer without building everything from scratch.
Set your default widget, branding, video, AI agents, voice settings, and call interface once, then reuse those settings across new Playgrounds. Each Playground can be trained on a prospect’s website, allowing the AI to learn about their business and answer questions based on their website content.
Prospects can explore the website, interact with the chat widget, talk to the AI, test the Knock Knock Agent, make inbound calls, and receive outbound AI calls. They can even test the entire experience from their mobile phone.
You can also control the amount of credit available for each Playground. Any unused balance is returned to your Agency Portal when the Playground is finished.Why it matters

Instead of walking a prospect through a list of features, you can give them a real environment where they can interact with the AI, ask questions, test the voice experience, and see how it works with their own business.

It also makes creating multiple demos faster. Configure your default settings once, then create new Playgrounds without repeating the same setup every time.How to use it
- - Open your Agency Portal and purchase a phone number under Phone Numbers.
- - Add wallet balance under Subscriptions → Wallet. Around $10 is enough for testing.
- - Go to Playground → Default Settings and configure your widget, video, AI agents, voice settings, and Call Interface.
- - Configure the Knock Knock Agent and select your preferred voice.
- - Go to Playgrounds → New Playground.
- - Enter the user's email address and the website URL you want the AI to learn from.
- - Choose the Playground credit amount and click Load and Retrain.
- - Once training is complete, connect a phone number to the Playground.
- - Click Test Your Widget and test the website, chat, Knock Knock Agent, inbound calls, and outbound calls.
- - Copy the Playground link and share it with your potential customer.
