Which channels should I start with?+
Depends on where your buyers come from. If most of your inbound is website traffic, start with chat. If most is phone calls, start with inbound voice. If you're prospecting cold, start with outbound. Most customers add the others within 60 days once they trust the first one. You can switch any channel on or off any time — no contract.
What does Nox actually do, in plain English?+
Nox is the brain that runs Knock Knock. It reads the visitor data your script captures, decides if and when to engage based on your rules, picks the right channel, has the conversation, books the meeting, and emails you a morning brief about everything that happened. Does it work with my CRM?+

Do I have to do video calls with strangers?+
