Comparison
Knock Knock vs. Thinkrr.ai for agencies
Thinkrr is a capable, GoHighLevel-friendly voice AI that also works standalone. It is cheaper than Knock Knock at entry, and we are going to say that first rather than bury it. The difference is scope: Thinkrr answers and makes phone calls; Knock Knock runs the whole sales layer around them.
Thinkrr pricing and feature matrix verified against thinkrr.ai/pricing and thinkrr.ai/agencies on 11 September 2026. Knock Knock pricing and tier features read from knockknockapp.ai/pricing on 11 September 2026.
The short version
Thinkrr does voice well. Inbound receptionists, outbound calling projects, missed-call handling, unlimited call transcripts and analytics, native GoHighLevel, Google Calendar, Jobber and Make.com integrations, plus a web widget on its higher tiers. It works on its own or inside GoHighLevel, which is a genuine advantage if some of your clients are not on GHL.
On price, Thinkrr wins at the bottom of the range. Its Kickstart agency plan is $39/mo with 100 included minutes; Lite is $199/mo with 300; Unlimited is $499/mo with 600. Knock Knock starts at $197/mo. If all a client needs is a phone agent, Thinkrr is the cheaper way to buy one and pretending otherwise would not survive thirty seconds on their pricing page.
Two details worth reading carefully, because they change the maths. First, the $499 plan is called Unlimited because it allows unlimited sub-accounts — not unlimited minutes. It includes 600 minutes a month, with overage from $0.09/min. Second, white-label branding is a paid add-on on every Thinkrr agency tier, including the $499 one. It is not bundled at any level.

| Visitor identification | No | KnockID identifies anonymous traffic as named CRM leads |
| Live session view | No — call transcripts and analytics, which is call-side rather than website-side | Yes — live visibility of website sessions as they happen |
Thinkrr's per-minute rate is published as “starting at $0.09/min”. The top of that range is not disclosed on their site, so we have quoted the floor and left it there rather than invent an upper bound.
Which one you should actually pick
Choose Thinkrr if…
- You want a voice agent and nothing else. At $39/mo to start, it is the cheaper way to buy one.
- Some of your clients are not on GoHighLevel. Thinkrr is explicitly built to work standalone.
- Your volume is modest and predictable, so the included monthly minutes cover it without much overage.
- You do not need to put your own brand on it — or you are happy to pay the white-label add-on on top of the plan.
Choose Knock Knock if…
- Voice is one part of the job. Chat, live video, visitor identification and prospecting all come from the same platform and the same wallet.
- You want white-label and a custom domain included in the plan price rather than quoted as an add-on.
- The anonymous visitors who never call are the ones you want. A phone agent cannot reach someone who never dialled.
- You want one usage wallet across every channel instead of per-minute accounting for voice and a separate arrangement for everything else.
Frequently asked questions
Is Thinkrr's $499 plan really unlimited?
It is unlimited in sub-accounts, not in usage. The plan is named Unlimited and allows unlimited sub-accounts, but it includes 600 voice minutes per month, with overage charged from $0.09/min. This is a common misreading of their pricing page and worth checking before you budget for it.
Do Thinkrr's included minutes expire or roll over?
Thinkrr's pricing page states included minutes on a per-month basis — 100, 300 and 600 minutes per month on the three agency tiers, and 250 premium minutes every month on the $99 Business plan. They are a recurring monthly allowance.
Is white-labelling included with Thinkrr?
No. Thinkrr's own comparison matrix lists white-label branding as “available as an add-on” on all three agency tiers, including the $499 one. The add-on price is not published. Knock Knock includes white-label and a custom domain in the plan from the $275 Startup tier upward.
Is Thinkrr cheaper than Knock Knock?
For voice alone, yes, particularly at the low end. Thinkrr starts at $39/mo against Knock Knock's $197/mo. The comparison stops being like-for-like once you add chat, live video, visitor identification and prospecting, because those are not products Thinkrr sells.
Does Thinkrr do website visitor identification or session recording?
Not as a product feature. Thinkrr offers call transcripts and analytics, which cover what happened on a phone call rather than what is happening on a website. Neither website visitor identification nor live session view appears anywhere in its product materials.
