Comparison

Knock Knock vs. Assistable.ai for agencies

Of everything in this category, Assistable is the closest match to Knock Knock: multi-channel AI agents, deep GoHighLevel integration, white-label with usage rebilling, sold to the same agency buyer. On the conversational mechanics these two products are close. The difference sits somewhere else entirely.

Assistable pricing, channels and integrations verified against assistable.ai/pricing and assistable.ai/integrations on 11 September 2026. Knock Knock pricing and tier features read from knockknockapp.ai/pricing on 11 September 2026.

Where these two genuinely overlap

Assistable is a mature, capable product and this page is not going to pretend otherwise. Unlimited hybrid AI agents across voice, SMS, WhatsApp and web chat. A white-label client portal and rebilling on all costs, included on every agency tier. MCP, API, CLI and SDK access. A native HubSpot OAuth integration, and an “Assistable Direct” mode that runs without GoHighLevel at all. If you are shortlisting on voice and chat quality alone, you should take it seriously.

On price, read the per-minute rate carefully. Assistable's headline is $0.070/min, but that figure covers orchestration and text-to-speech only. The language model and telephony are billed on top. Assistable's own calculator, on its own default settings, comes out at $0.125/min all-in; their worked example with ElevenLabs multilingual reaches $0.170/min. Chat is $0.02 per AI message. None of that is hidden — it is on their pricing page — but the $0.07 number on its own understates the real cost.

So if the products are close on conversation, what actually separates them? Two things Assistable does not do: it cannot tell you who the anonymous visitors on your client's website are, and it cannot show you a session as it happens.

ChannelsVoice, SMS, WhatsApp, web chat. Email is an outbound action, not an inbound channel; no Messenger or Instagram DMVoice, chat, live video, plus SMS and WhatsApp through the native GoHighLevel connection
White-labelIncluded on all three agency tiers, with rebilling on all costs. Not on the $97 single-business plan — white-label effectively starts at $225Included with a custom domain from Startup ($275) upward — not on Launch
Visitor identificationNo. Assistable resolves a known contact across channels, but does not de-anonymise unknown website trafficKnockID identifies anonymous visitors and writes them to the CRM as named leads
Website session viewNo website session recording or live view. Call recording and transcription are includedYes — live visibility of website sessions as they happen
Live videoNoYes — face-to-face calls with a visitor on the site
CRM reachBroad. GoHighLevel native, native HubSpot OAuth, and “Assistable Direct” standalone mode. Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho are API-onlyGoHighLevel native, plus HubSpot

Assistable's CRM reach is genuinely wider than ours — standalone operation and native HubSpot are real advantages if your clients are not all on GoHighLevel. Their HubSpot sync is event-driven rather than continuous, and deletions are not mirrored, which is worth knowing before you rely on it.

Which one you should actually pick

Choose Assistable if…

  • Your clients are spread across CRMs. Native HubSpot and a standalone mode are things we do not match.
  • You want white-label at the lowest possible price point — $225/mo for 3 sub-accounts undercuts our equivalent tier.
  • You need WhatsApp as a first-class native channel rather than routed through GoHighLevel.
  • Developer access matters: MCP, CLI and SDK are on every agency tier.

Choose Knock Knock if…

  • You want the anonymous visitors, not just the ones who start a conversation. This is the single biggest functional gap between the two products.
  • Your clients want to watch what is happening on their site live, and take a video call with someone while they are still on the page.
  • You prefer one wallet across every channel to per-minute and per-message accounting.
  • Prospecting matters as much as responding — Agent K works outbound, not just inbound.

Frequently asked questions

Is Assistable.ai really $0.07 per minute?

That is the orchestration and text-to-speech component only. The language model and telephony are billed on top of it. On Assistable's own default configuration the all-in figure is $0.125/min, and their published ElevenLabs example reaches $0.170/min. The $0.07 rate is real, it just is not the whole cost of a minute.

Does Assistable include white-labelling on every plan?

On every agency plan, yes — the white-label client portal and rebilling on all costs appear identically on the $225, $450 and $975 tiers. The $97 single-business plan does not include it, so in practice white-label starts at $225/mo.

Does Assistable do website visitor identification?

No. Assistable does offer what it calls identity resolution, which maps a phone number, email and web session to a single contact record so the agent has one continuous memory of that person. That is contact unification for people you already know. It does not identify anonymous website traffic, which is what KnockID does.

Can Assistable show me a recording of a website session?

No. Assistable records and transcribes calls, which is a genuine feature, but there is no website session recording or live visitor view in the product. Knock Knock's live navigation tracking shows sessions as they happen.

Which is cheaper overall?

It depends on volume and on what you need. Assistable's white-label entry at $225/mo for 3 sub-accounts is cheaper than our $275 equivalent, and their $975 unlimited tier undercuts our $1,197. Usage is billed on top at roughly $0.125/min, where ours comes out of a fixed monthly wallet. If you only need voice and chat, Assistable will often cost less. The comparison changes once visitor identification and live session view are on the list.
