How Does Agency Pricing Work?

Do My Clients See Knock Knock or Only My Branding?
Your clients only see your agency’s branding. The platform, emails, notifications, and widgets run under your domain and your identity. Knock Knock remains completely invisible to your clients.
Can I Set My Own Pricing for My Clients?
Yes. You control how much you charge. Agencies typically earn 30%–200% profit margins per client license. You can package Knock Knock into your retainers, sell it as its own SaaS product, or bundle it into your marketing services.
Is There a Minimum Number of Clients Required to Join the Agency Plan?
No minimum. You can start with even one client and scale from there — many agencies onboard their first 3–5 clients in the first month.
Is Billing Handled by Knock Knock or the Agency?
You handle billing yourself outside the Knock Knock system. This gives you complete freedom to package and price however you want, whether that’s charging for setup, onboarding, monthly subscription, management fees, or bundling Knock Knock App into your existing services and retainers. You keep full control of pricing and margins.
