Can I have a smaller widget for mobile?

Yes. Knock Knock App automatically switches to a compact mobile-optimized widget. We even offer a small bubble mode designed specifically for mobile screens to ensure the best user experience without blocking content.

How do I install the widget on my website?

Simply copy the one-line script code from your dashboard and paste it into your website's HTML just before the closing body tag. The widget will automatically appear on your site. We also offer plugins for WordPress, Shopify, and other popular platforms.

Can each of my clients have a different widget style under my white-label brand?

Yes. Widget styling — colours, fonts and layout — is configured independently per sub-account, so every client can have a widget that matches their own brand while the platform stays under yours. White-label and a custom domain are available from the Startup plan upwards; the Launch plan includes a single sub-account and does not include white-label.
