The Teams Module helps you organize your staff for efficient lead handling.

• Create dedicated teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations)
• Easily transfer conversations to specific departments when specialized knowledge is required
• To create a team, click “Add New Team” and fill in the team details
• Assign team members and set appropriate permissions
