Display Setting

The Display Setting section controls how your organization appears on the Knock Knock dashboard and widget.

What you can configure:

  • Organization Name: The name displayed on your Knock Knock dashboard
  • Organization Website URL: Your company’s website address
  • Organization Logo: Upload your company logo by clicking the “Upload logo” button

The preview panel on the right shows how your settings will appear to visitors.

How to Configure Organizational Settings

Working Hours

The Working Hours section defines when your organization is available to receive calls and chats.

What you can configure:

  • Timezone: Select your organization’s primary timezone (e.g., Pacific/Auckland)
  • Working Hours: Set specific hours for each day of the week
    • Each day can be configured with its own start time (From) and end time (To)
    • Standard hours are typically set from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
    • You can remove specific days using the trash icon on the right

Remember that these are organization-wide settings that apply to all team members who use the “Default” working hours option in their personal settings.

How to Configure Working Hours:

Email Settings

The Email Settings section controls how chat transcripts and call alerts are handled via email.

What you can configure:

  • Send chat transcript: Toggle on/off to enable/disable sending chat transcripts by email
  • Email addresses: Add recipient email addresses for chat transcripts and call alerts
    • Enter email addresses in the input field
    • Click “+ Add Email” to add multiple recipients
    • Existing emails can be viewed and removed (crossed-out emails)

Chat Settings

The Chat Settings section manages how incoming chats are handled.

What you can configure:

  • Enable Chat Queue: Toggle on/off to enable/disable the chat queue functionality

When the chat queue is enabled, incoming chats will be placed in a queue if all agents are busy, rather than being rejected.

Remember to click “Save Changes” after making any modifications in each section.
