Account Details

The Account Details section allows you to manage your personal information that will be visible to customers when you interact with them via chat or calls.

What you can configure:

  • Full Name: Your display name that appears to customers
  • Phone Number: Your contact number with country code
  • Email Address: Your registered email account
  • Designation: Your job title or role
  • Location: Your physical location or office
  • Timezone: Your working timezone (e.g., Pacific/Auckland)
  • Profile Picture: Upload or change your photo by clicking the “Change Photo” button

Actions available:

  • Save Changes: Apply any modifications you’ve made to your profile
  • Change/Update Password: Access password management options

How to Configure My Settings in the Knock Knock App

Working Hours

The Working Hours section allows you to set when you’re available for calls.

Options available:

  • Default: Use the same working hours settings as your organization
  • Custom: Configure your own custom working hour schedule

When selecting Custom, you can:

  • Add specific days (e.g., Monday) with time ranges (e.g., 9:00 am to 4:00 pm)
  • Delete time slots using the trash icon
  • Add multiple time slots per day using “+ Add another time” button
  • Set different hours for different days of the week

Remember to click “Save Changes” after making any modifications to apply your new schedule.
