The Knock Knock AI Settings section is where you configure, train, and manage your AI agent. This is the core of your lead generation system, allowing you to create a personalized AI experience for your website visitors.

Overview

The Overview tab provides essential controls for your AI agent:

  • Enable Chatbot: Toggle switch to activate or deactivate your AI assistant
  • Info Questions: Configure what visitor information your AI agent should collect
    1. Name (toggle on/off)
    2. Email (toggle on/off)
    3. Phone (toggle on/off)
  • Introduction Message: AI’s lead qualification default message: “Before we dive in further, I’d love to know a little about you. Could you please share your name, email & phone? This will help me assist you better & keep our conversation smooth.”
  • Training Process: A 3-step setup to prepare your AI agent
    1. Sync Website: Enter your website URL to automatically import all pages and train Amun AI using that information
    2. FAQs: Add specific frequently asked questions that aren’t on your website but you want Amun AI to learn and use
    3. Additional Context: Provide extra information about your business that Amun AI should consider when assisting users
  • Enable Calling Agent: Option to allow the AI to handle audio/video calls
  • Start Training AI: Button to initiate the AI learning process after making changes
  • Last Trained: Timestamp showing when your AI was last updated
General Flow Chart

The General Flow Chart provides a visual conversation designer for creating standard chat flows:

  • Visual Flow Builder: Create conversation paths using a flowchart-style interface
  • START Node: The beginning point of every conversation
  • Message Nodes: Add AI messages at different points in the conversation
  • Option Nodes: Create clickable buttons for visitors to select from (e.g., “Tour Packages,” “Bus Hire,” “Getting to Waiheke,” “Something else”)
  • AI Suggestion: Enable or disable AI-recommended conversation paths
  • Test Run: Button to simulate the conversation flow before publishing
  • Save: Button to preserve your conversation design

The flow chart shows the conversation progression:

  1. Initial greeting: “Hi there, how can I help you today?”
  2. Predefined options for visitors to choose from
  3. Follow-up messages to collect information
  4. Subsequent interactions based on visitor choices
Auto Trigger Flow Chart

The Auto Trigger Flow Chart allows you to create page-specific conversation flows:

  • Page-specific Flows: Design different conversation paths for each key page on your website
  • URL Configuration: Set specific URLs where each flow will be triggered
  • Visual Flow Builder: Similar to the General Flow Chart but tailored to specific pages
  • Test Run: Verify your page-specific flows before publishing
  • Save: Preserve your page-specific conversation designs

For example, you can create specific flows for pages like:

  • Tour Packages
  • Bus Hire
  • Getting to Waiheke
  • About
  • Gift Vouchers

Each flow can be customized with relevant questions and response options that match the content and intent of that specific page.

How to Configure Flow Chart:

AI Conversations

The AI Conversations tab lets you review and refine your AI’s responses to specific user inquiries:

  • Conversation Library: View a list of actual user questions and AI responses
  • Search: Find specific conversations or topics
  • Edit Response: Modify how your AI responds to particular questions
  • Response Editor: Update the AI’s answers to improve accuracy and helpfulness
  • Save Changes: Apply your modifications to the AI’s knowledge base
  • Start Training AI: Update the AI model with your latest edits

This section is crucial for ongoing improvement of your AI assistant. You can:

  1. Review how your AI is responding to real customer inquiries
  2. Refine answers that need improvement
  3. Add more detailed information to complex questions
  4. Ensure pricing, availability, and policy information is accurate
  5. Train your AI to get better with each interaction

After making changes in any section, always click the “Start Training AI” button to ensure your modifications are incorporated into the AI’s knowledge base. The training process usually takes just a few minutes, after which your AI will be ready to engage with visitors using the updated information.
