Call Transfer Options

  • Receive video or audio calls directly on the Knock Knock App: Choose this option to have all calls ring directly within the application interface
  • Forward unanswered calls to your mobile or landline after 30 seconds: Automatically redirect calls that aren’t answered promptly, ensuring no customer inquiries are missed
  • Opt out of receiving video or audio calls on the Knock Knock App: Disable incoming calls if you prefer to engage with visitors through text chat only
  • Phone Number: Enter the forwarding number where calls should be redirected when using the call forwarding feature
  • Country Code Selector: Choose the appropriate country code for your forwarding number

These settings help ensure that calls are properly routed whether you’re actively monitoring the dashboard or away from your computer.

How to Configure Call Transfer Options Settings

Capture Number

The Capture Number tab lets you configure visitor phone number collection:

  • Capture Phone Number: Toggle whether to require visitors to provide their phone number before connecting to a call
  • Enable/Disable: Switch this feature on or off based on your lead generation needs
  • Preview Panel: View how the phone number collection screen will appear to visitors
  • Caller Name Display: Shows the agent name that visitors will see (e.g., “Eve is available!”)
  • Callback Message: Customizable text explaining why the number is being collected (e.g., “In case the call disconnects, what number should we call you back on”)
  • Input Field: Where visitors will type their contact number
  • Talk Now Button: The call-to-action button visitors click to proceed with the call

  • Preview: See how your selected background will appear during calls
  • Agent Preview: Shows how your profile picture and name will display to callers
  • Call Controls Preview: Displays the interface buttons that will be available during calls
