Activities Module

The Activities Module provides real-time insights into visitor behavior on your website.

Live Sessions

• Track which sections and pages visitors navigate to in real-time
• Observe user behavior patterns similar to advanced heatmap and session recording tools
• View the complete visitor journey to identify potential pain points or areas of interest

In the Activities interface, you’ll see:

• Visitor navigation displayed in the central panel
• Chat history in the right-hand corner showing all interactions
• Options to manually initiate video/audio calls by pressing the corresponding buttons
• Ability to interrupt AI-led chat sessions by typing any text
• Option to transfer chats to other team members via the transfer button

Recorded Sessions

All visitor sessions lasting 30 seconds or more are automatically recorded and stored. This 30-second threshold ensures enough data is collected for meaningful analysis. Recorded sessions allow you to:

• Review visitor behavioral patterns after they’ve left your site
• See their complete journey through your website
• Access any chat history if conversations with the AI Agent were established
• Identify common navigation patterns and potential website improvements
